Payments:Payments can be made using Paypal, or by cheque payable to Renata Cygan. All prices are in £ sterling. Purchases will be dispatched or made available for collection once payments have cleared in our account. Please note that cheque payments may take several working days to clear.

Each item will be packaged in accordance with the Royal Mail's wrapping and packaging advice. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Returns:
We hope that you will be delighted with items which you purchase from us. In the event that you wish to return an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged and returned to us at your expense within 14 days. Once the item has been returned and verified as undamaged, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding postage and packing).

Uniqueness:
All glassware is hand painted and unique and we will endeavour to keep stock information up to date. However, in the unlikely event that duplicate orders are received for the same item, we reserve the right to honour the first order and cancel subsequent orders.
Should such a situation arise we will contact customers individually to either arrange a refund (if payment has already been made) or to arrange the production of a suitable replacement item, whose value shall not exceed the purchase price of the original item.
